Statement Universal Animal Rights

• IT PROCLAIMED THAT:
• Article I

All animals have rights equal to existence in the context of biological equilibrium. This equality does not obscure the diversity of species and individuals.

All animal life is entitled to respect.

No animal should be subjected to mistreatment or to cruel acts. If the killing of an animal is necessary, it must be instantaneous, painless and cause no apprehension.
