There are at least one positive thing to learn from the inp: the diversity of stakeholders. For two weeks during specialty Archives, we have seen a stunning panorama from the DAF Version legislation and archiving electronic version, the departmental director through the National Archives, projects related to the Records Management Pierrefitte or more or less according to the French versions (and we still lack a few specimens!). All these people have in common is to exercise the same trade: the Archivist. But what a variety of missions between the production of research instruments, improving the management of archives on a daily basis, collecting in government or reflection on the archives tomorrow! I'm probably naive but this excites me a lot and I begin to see what I'm going to do with it in seventeen months ...
short, enough to discourage the fears of prospective recruits who fancied a trade frozen and no change possible. What also reconcile their personal interests (news technologies, taste for heritage development or public contact, at random) with a career in public service.
